It is once again time to Nominate BTCA Members for Office and the Board.
The schedule is as follows:
- Nominations will be accepted through August 31.
(Nominatioons are now closed)
- Ballots and proxy forms will be made available after September 1.
- Ballots and proxies will be accepted through September 30.
- Election to be held October 1 at the regularly scheduled Executive Board Meeting.
- Officers and Board Members to take office the same day.
You may nominate a BTCA member for:
- President/Treasurer
- Vice-president
- Secretary
- Board Member (4)
You may nominate yourself and more than one person per position.

Our next Board Meeting will be Tuesday, December 1st (6:00pm) at Robin Pitre's house 317 Westmoreland Drive. ☆ Our next General Meeting will be on Tuesday, November 24th (6:00pm) at La Carreta’s Mexican Restaurant (4065 Government Street)
