  Bernard Terrace Civic Association charges $30 a quarter for residents, $60 for businesses and $15 for renters. 95% of this money goes to off-duty city police patrols of our neighbourhood, and 5% office fees. We are very pleased with the results of this campaign and find it well worth the investment:
  1. Increase safety in our homes and property.
  2. Increase foot traffic in the evenings and at night.
